What is Strategy Essentials?
Strategy Essentials is a new CPD-accredited course from SHRA. Through this free programme, we will help you create an effective retrofit strategy that provides you with a clear business case for your project.
In previous waves of the SHDF, bidders were required to have a retrofit strategy in place. A retrofit strategy is best practice, and ensures providers can deliver a programme at scale – including the how, where, and what they will deliver, as well as who will be involved.
This is essential for securing leadership buy-in within your organisation, and for preparing for any future waves of funding. A strategy also gives confidence to stakeholders, residents and funders that providers are committed to tackling the retrofit challenge.
Join our specialist presenters as they guide you through the process, and answer all of your retrofit strategy questions.
These courses will help you to:
- Baseline your organisation and establish your current position
- Create a Target Operating Model to identify your goals
- Develop a strategy and programme for delivering your targets
- Understand the roles, responsibilities, people and skills needed to implement your strategy
