[3 January 2024] Prospective bidders for the SHDF Wave 2.2 top-up fund now have extra time to prepare their applications as the competition window has been extended.

Extension to the Wave 2.2 deadline
Eligible social housing landlords now have until 31 January 2024 (at 23:59) to submit applications via the dedicated application portal here.
This extension will provide eligible social housing landlords with additional time to prepare and finalise their bids following the holiday period.
All the documents which applicants need to apply – including the application form, competition guidance and clarification questions, and associated templates such as the draft Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) – are available here.
