The pages on this website (www.socialhousingretrofit.org.uk) (the "Website”) are published and maintained by Lead Genera Limited for the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator, a support programme delivered by Turner & Townsend for the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, South East Energy Hub and The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. The Greater South East Energy Hub (“us” or “we”) is a collaboration of eleven Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), registered under c/o Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, The Mayor’s Office, 72 Market Street, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4LS. The Greater South East Energy Hub is funded until September 2023 by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, and is supported by the Local Energy Programme team. These terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions or policies which are featured on the Website (together, the "Website Terms"), set out the terms on which you may use the Website. Please read the Website Terms carefully, as by using the Website you will be taken to have agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of the Website Terms, then please refrain from using the Website. We reserve the right to vary the Website Terms at any time and will post any variations on the Website. You are advised to review the Website Terms on a regular basis as you will be deemed to have accepted variations if you continue to use the Website after they have been posted.
Website availability and access
We reserve the right at any time to modify or stop providing the Website (or any part of it, or any feature or service provided through it), either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable.
Although we check the Website for viruses, we do not warrant that the Website is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses (or similar) or any technical defects of any description, and we assume no responsibility for any technical problems which may arise from your use of the Website.
