Introducing the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator
The Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) is a fully-funded support service to help social housing providers across England successfully bid into the Government’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), with £800m committed between 2022-2025.
We offer a range of proven support which has been developed with and for the social housing sector by housing retrofit and grant application experts.
Who is delivering this programme?
Funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the service is delivered by Turner & Townsend.
Who can we support?
The SHRA is accessible to all social housing providers in England. Support provided will be relevant to the whole social housing sector, with a specific focus on those of you that can bid into the Government’s SHDF. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact us.
What support is available?
We want to help you to overcome the barriers to developing retrofit projects and increase your chances of successfully bidding for funding through the SHDF.
Our support covers a range of technical and bid management topics and is available through the Knowledge Hub on our website, at a comprehensive series of events and through one-to-one engagement for those of you leading SHDF bids.
