Writing successful bids to ascertain SHDF will be vital for social landlords wishing to decarbonise their stock. This masterclass will cover how to read and understand bidding guidance and criteria, how to create a well-structured bid document and writing a winning bid

This session will look at: Strategic Fit Delivery Assurance Value for Money Lessons learnt from Wave 1

This masterclass is aimed at those wanting to know more about how digital tools can help social landlords understand the low carbon retrofit journey of a property. This masterclass will cover: • The contents of a building passport • How data can be used to make future retrofit decisions • The wider benefits of building passports This event will be hosted online on Microsoft Teams and a link to join the event is included on Eventbrite.

This session will: look into the policy on infill measures explain when social landlords can include mixed tenure and above EPC band D properties in their bid.
