The Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) is a fully-funded support service to help social housing providers across England successfully bid into the Government’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
Get ahead and get prepared for Wave 3 of the SHDF with our self assessment form
SHDF Wave 3 will provide grant funding for social housing landlords to improve the energy performance of their properties through the installation of energy efficiency measures and low carbon technologies.
It is anticipated that the application window for Wave 3 will open in Summer 2024. So our new self assessment form is live now, for all those who want to get ahead, and be fully prepared once the application window opens.

Funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) service is delivered by Turner & Townsend.
The SHRA is now moving into its next phase and looking to build upon the successes of the first phase, to support even more housing providers to apply for future waves of the SHDF.
